Thank you for shopping with Rapha Longrich Us. Our goal is to provide high-quality Longrich products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL Unless the product is damaged, defective, or the result of a shipping error on our part, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR REFUND You may request a refund or return only if the following conditions are met:
- Incorrect Item Sent (e.g., different product or quantity than ordered)
- Damaged Upon Arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Manufacturer Defect (must be documented and reported within 7 days)All eligible returns must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

- Accompanied by clear photos or videos as evidence
- NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Clearance or promotional items
- Health and hygiene items such as toothpaste, sanitary pads, or supplements once shipped
- Delayed shipping due to external carrier issues
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- RETURN PROCESS (If Approved) If your return is approved:
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- You must return the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the RMA.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 7-10 business days.
- SHIPPING DAMAGES & CLAIMS We package all items securely, but if your package arrives damaged or tampered with, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Retain the packaging for claim inspection by the carrier
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
- After this window, all orders are considered final.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Rapha Longrich Us is a reseller of Longrich products and is not the manufacturer. Therefore, we:
- Are not responsible for allergic reactions or unintended use
- Do not guarantee any health outcomes and advise consulting a licensed physician
- Shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages from product use
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION In the event of a dispute:
- Parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action
- All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws
- You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas
